Promenade is a major shopping centre in Vaughan with more than 150 tenants, anchored by T&T Supermarket and Imagine Cinemas. We carried out a detailed energy audit and HVAC recommissioning, and supported the owner on the Industrial Conservation Initiative (ICI) and demand response. The audit found that targeted retrofits could reduce annual energy use by 43%.
