Founded in 2023, sTrack Energy is an energy and sustainability consultancy helping commercial real estate owners, developers and operators improve building performance, from early design and approvals through operations and long-term decarbonization.

David Pour
M.Sc., BEMP, CBCP, LEED AP BD+CDavid brings over a decade of specialized expertise and more than 500 energy efficiency projects across North America, Europe and the Middle East. His practice spans the full building performance lifecycle: early-stage design consultation and energy modelling, regulatory submissions (ZBA, SPA and building permits), commissioning and recommissioning, and long-term decarbonization strategy.
He has a strong track record supporting CMHC energy efficiency programs and guiding clients to LEED, BOMA BEST, ENERGY STAR and Zero Carbon certification. David is a Ph.D. candidate at Concordia's Centre for Zero Energy Building Studies.
